I was impressed of the quality right out of the box. It is beautiful. It works fantastic and I get to enjoy my favourite smells of Disney

I ordered 10oz bottle of Polynesian, and order came 5oz bottle of Pirate Water. Customer Service was great in that they got right back to me, but what they sent to “correct” the order was only a 5oz bottle of Polynesian, when I paid for a 10oz bottle.

I had to give all the scents we ordered one star because the diffuser pumps out zero scent. I emailed asking to return with no response. I then found them on the BBB, after reviewing the complaints there, safe to say, we are stuck with this thing that does not work.
